My grandmother experienced WW2 and her as well as the rest of the family suffered from its effects. Despite the unlucky series of events, she made her way through life and became very successful in her career, as well established a happy family. I suppose that she, my grandfather and my parents were key figures in my life. This piece was made when she passed away as a tribute to her life.

Nikolina has been one of my best friends since we were 16 years old. We went through all the “dumb ass shit” that people do, but we also support each other even when whilst being in different countries. Nikolina presents medical breakthroughs in the fields of infectious diseases and dedicates her life to medical profession. During the COVID-19 crisis she has worked day and night to help those in need.
